Dale started our agency in 1971 from scratch. Since that time, the agency has grown to represent countless Northeast Ohio families, as well as a commercial customer base spanning industries big and small.

Mark joined the agency in 2006 after spending two years learning the insurance business as a claims adjuster.
He got his business degree at Monmouth University in New Jersey.

Craig joined the agency in 2007 following five years working and learning in the corporate world. He has a BS in business from Boston University.

In January 2019, Connerton-Feran in Eastlake, Ohio joined the Lyndall Insurance team. Principal Donald Connerton and service agent Andrea Picklesimer continue with the team today.

In October 2016, Bill Davis and the AR Davis Insurance agency joined Lyndall Insurance. Bill and Gloria Suchy stayed on, while Lindsey Emery joined them from the Lyndall team in Chagrin Falls.
